Description
A friendly long-standing wholefood vegetarian cafe, very much based on wholesome home-made dishes. Menu is well marked-up for vegans and gluten-free, and there is plenty of both, including cakes. Breakfasts sound hearty.
Also serves organic beers and wine.?
It's linked with a bike shop - perfect in this great cycling area.

"The soup and bread was nice and so was the dessert (apple and blackberry crumble with Swedish Glace Ice Cream) but our main courses were really HORRIBLE and we had to leave them. (N.B. Microwave ovens are used to reheat the food prior to serving as well). "

"A near perfect establishment - vegan food and bikes in the same building. Had the soup and a smoothie and good they were. I would like to see better vegan labeling in the menu. "

"i was in keswick a few weeks ago, walking and osprey spotting. i'd had some butties and fancied a desert ... which was; apple and blackberry crumble and swedish glace vanilla ice cream - fantastic! the dining area has a bicycle theme, and there's a bike shop upstairs. recommended. "
