Buddhist Vegan Café and has a juice bar. Wheat free and Gluten free options are available but need to enquire to find out what is on selection that day. There is a Buddhist centre above the café, which has a selection of books, etc on sale. Café is on the Basement level; go down the steps near to the menu outside for the entrance for the café.

Everything will remain vegan however they are moving from all Organic to using more local produce. The Cafe's hours will change as well. This will take place towards the end of June 2007. They also still sell yummy juices and smoothies :)

Smoothies are very yummy. All food is vegan, they have one or two gluten free options, ask what is gluten free and the staff will check for you.

You can see exactly what you are getting @ the juice bar & the smoothies are heaven. You can feel the Buddhist influence calming you down. Revives one before venturing out into the real world.......

i think that earth cafe is great. the food there is very tasty, really good value (considering that they use 99% organic and fairly traded foods). all of the food there is vegan, including a great selection of cakes. the juice bar there is only one of 2 organic juice bars in manchester! the atmosphere is relaxed and peaceful. i'd reccomend a visit to earth cafe as a number one priority for a hungry vegan or vegetarian in manchester.
