Chickpea and peanutbutter stew

Ingredients
- 16oz chickpeas
- 2 garlic gloves
- 500ml vegetable stock
- 50g peanut butter
- 1/2tsp cumin
- 1/2 coriander
- 1/2 turmeric powder
- 100g mushrooms
Method
- Boil and drain chickpeas.
- Add cooked mushrooms and herbs.
- Add stock, garlic and then peanut butter.
- Bring to the boil and simmer for 10mins.
