Ingredients

• Cake*
• 300g Self raising flour
• 3 tsp baking powder
• 250g caster sugar
• 50g Cocoa Powder
• 1tsp Vanilla essence
• 9tsp sunflower oil
• 250ml orange cordial juice
• 100ml water
• 1 orange zest
• Icing*
• 250g Icing sugar
• 1tsp Cocoa powder
• 50g Soya Marg
• 3tsp boiling water

Method

• Stir flour with Cocoa powder, baking powder and sugar
• Mix in rest of ingredients
• Whisk and pour in greased tray
• Cook for 40 mins
• Mix Icing sugar with rest of ingredients and spread all over cake.
