Mushroom and Nut Pie

Ingredients
- 1 or 2 onions finally chopped
- 12oz mushrooms, chopped
- 8oz mixed nuts
- 40z breadcrumbs
- 120z shortcrust pastry
- 1tsp thyme
- 1tsp soy sauce
- 1/4 pint vegetable stock
Method
- Fry onions, add mushrooms and cook.
- Add nuts, breadcrumbs, herbs, soysauce, vegetable stock.
- Line pie dish with pastry and fill with mixture.
- Cook for 20 mins at gas mark 7.
- Reduce heat to gas mark 5 and cook for 1 hour.
